I have just started training with Tobias and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Tobias is extremely motivational, knowledgable and positive. Toby is a fantastic trainer. He has helped me regain confidence in training following a knee injury that had made me nervous about exercising. He is very intuitive and always knows when I need encouragement to push a bit harder or when I’m struggling. He regularly checks in in between sessions to offer support and advice, helping to keep me motivated with both fitness and nutrition. He is always accommodating with my schedule as shift work can often make it difficult to find times to train. I have seen great improvements in my fitness and Toby has helped me to enjoy continuing to challenge myself.
Toby is an amazing trainer! Best one I’ve had yet! He is patient, motivating, accommodating for anyone with a busy schedule. He cares about your fitness and health just as much as you do and he’s always very attentive, understanding and helpful. Toby really challenges me and knows my capabilities or how much more I can be pushed. He’s very intuitive and easy to work with while still challenging me to work harder each session , I would never have been able to start taking my fitness more seriously without him as he is able to give a break down of body weight , body fat percentage, muscle mass etc. Thus allowing me to understand all the different components there are to weight loss.

What results can I expect?
Depending on your goals You can expect to lose weight, develop muscle mass and definition, improve performance, increase in confidence, higher energy levels and the skills and knowledge to workout on your own.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
Not at all! I have the luxury of using some of the best gyms in Cardiff. If you’re having a session with me, Gym admission is taken care of.
Will I get results?
Yes! If you follow the advice I give you and you are fully committed on your part. I make sure I give every single client 100% all I ask for in return is for you to be as invested in your goals as I am.
Will my results be sustainable?
Yes. When we work together I will be constantly teaching and coaching you. Not only in the gym but in the lifestyle changes required to maintain your goals.
How long do I need to train with you?
That totally depends on you and your over all goals. I will be 100% honest with you. When we have got you where you need to be, with all of the knowledge, confidence and ability you will have gained on the way. I would encourage you to continue the journey on your own!
I am nervous, do you need a basic stamina level to start?
Not at all, you’re reading this so you’re already thinking about making the change. I understand all of my clients have specific, individual requirements. We will sit down together for FREE consultation. From there I will devise a program that is tailored to you.
I have an injury, illness or special requirements, can I train?
Yes, I have worked with clients of all ages. From a young man who needed to pass the entry fitness test for the Royal Navy, to a gentleman of seventy two, who had knee replacement surgery. I am GP referral qualified, so as long as you can provide me with background information and consent from your doctor (if required) then there is nothing to worry about.
Can I train in a group?
Yes you can train as part of a group with my 12-week body transformation or you can train as a small group on an individual basis, doing so can help you to cut down on the costs of hiring a personal trainer while getting the expert knowledge and guidance needed to make progress.
