Here you’ll be pushed to your limits, in a closely monitored and planned environment.  you will go through a complete nutrition overhaul but you will also be expected to complete daily and weekly tasks on your journey to ultimate transformation. Full support will be given throughout the journey with unlimited contact outside of our sessions via text, Skype or FaceTime, 24/7.sessions held in any of the approved gyms in Cardiff
